Job summary

Twin City Powder Coating LLC in Minnesota is hiring for Material Handlers and Powdercoat Pre-Treat positions across all shifts. You will hang parts, assist with finishing, and help keep the shop organized while meeting production goals.

First shift runs 6am–2:30pm and second shift runs 12pm–10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime possible during busy periods; safety and attendance are valued in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Lift 50lbs consistently for entire shift.
• General knowledge in the use of hand tools.
• Be comfortable working in both a team and individual setting.
• Comfortable working in a hot environment.
• Meet and exceed strict production deadlines.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Hang metal parts on rolling carts using appropriate hooks.
• Use lifting techniques to move finished products safely.
• Package painted parts securely for shipping.
• Visually inspect parts for paint defects.
• Assist with forklift driving as needed.
• Support other shop floor areas to maintain workflow.
• Clean and organize tool carts.
• Maintain clean, organized shop floor.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Are you looking for a fast paced and friendly work environment? Twin City Powder Coating is now hiring ALL Shifts for MATERIAL HANDLERS and Powdercoat Pre-Treat positions.

First Shift : 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

Second Shift: 12pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday

Shift may vary depending on workload. Overtime available during busy times.

Job Duties include:

• Use appropriate size hook to safely hang metal parts of various sizes and weights on rolling carts.


• Use proper lifting techniques to safely take down finished products.


• Take down painted parts and use proper packaging materials to ensure finished products are protected for shipping.


• Visually inspect all parts for flaws in the paint finish.


• Assist with any fork lift driving that may be needed.


• Assist other areas of the shop floor to help maintain proper work flow.


• Clean and organize tool carts.


• Clean, organize and maintain shop floor.


• Maintain a safe working environment.


• Other duties as assigned.
