JPCW & Sons LLC is seeking an energetic General Labor Helper Level 2 for the powder coating line in Town of Texas, WI. You will handle materials, organize parts, and keep the finishing area clean and safe while supporting shipping and receiving.

This entry-level role offers training and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment. Core responsibilities include moving parts, hanging and mounting, grinding parts, forklift operation, sanding, sandblasting, and using power tools.

Competenze

• Willingness to do physical labor in a hot, fast-paced finishing environment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and hang parts up to 50 lbs.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Show reliability and consistency in handling and racking parts.

Position Description: seeking an energetic individual who can sandblast/ and Powder Coat Helper Level 2-

General Labor. This entry-level role supports the powder coating line by handling materials, organizing

parts, and keeping the finishing area clean and safe. Along with other duties such as helping shipping and receiving.

We are looking for people with hustle - individuals who work hard, stay busy, and take initiative without

waiting to be told.
