Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a Fabrication and Assembly Technician for first shift production in the United States, Texas region. The technician will follow shop drawings to drill, cut, grind, assemble, and install devices onto control panels per shop standards.

The role requires metalworking tool experience, strong organization, and reliable, clear communication. Travel to customer sites is possible to support project timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year or more of experience using metalworking tools is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, reliability, and attention to detail are required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings to set up work.
• Layout device locations on stainless and mild steel enclosures.
• Use plasma cutter, jig saw, grinder, drills, and hole saws to cut and fit components.
• Install din rails, wire duct, equipment, terminal blocks, and nameplates.
• Follow shop standards and ensure project quality within specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet project timelines.
• Perform customer-site work as needed.
• Assist with additional duties to support schedules.
