Job summary

Insight Global in the United States is seeking an Acquire Project Manager to drive the onboarding of new statement of work into Fabrication Operations and oversee both permanent and emergent work movements. You will lead cross-functional projects and partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and support functions to ensure smooth execution.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in project or program management in manufacturing, with PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Manufacturing product lifecycle.
• Experience creating and driving processes, products and framework for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and divisions -Experience supporting DoW or Aerospace industries.
• PMP Certification.
• Active Government Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onboarding of new statement of work into Fabrication Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational capabilities.
• Oversee work movement and placement activities, coordinating both permanent and emergent work transitions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, including ROI analyses, to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Analyze and summarize complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and coordinate resolution efforts across stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication among diverse teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and onboarding practices.
