Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Fabrication Operator I based in Weatherford, TX. You will run fabrication machines to bend pipe, load material, and monitor dimensions and quality. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading pipe, stacking pallets, checking lengths, and maintaining housekeeping. Ongoing training and growth towards operator progression are available within a certified team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good math skills for quick counting and calculations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time and organize work.
• Able to adapt to a fast paced environment and changes calmly.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Run various saws and fabrication machines.
• Load pipe into the machines and prepare for bending.
• Stack finished products on pallets according to standards.
• Band pallets upon completion and check cut lengths.
• Ensure safety procedures and E-Stops are followed.
• Inform Shift Lead of any safety concerns or low Fab Stock.
• Maintain housekeeping and operate safely in a fast-paced setting.
