Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Missouri is seeking a Fabrication Operator A to build steel frames and trailer parts. The role includes cross-training on presses, drills, plasma cutters, rail benders, cranes, and hand tools to support efficient production.

You will read blueprints, follow schedules, and lift up to 50 lbs while wearing PPE and maintaining safety in both indoor and outdoor work environments. This is a full-time manufacturing position with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to read tape measures.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fit test and pulmonary function if respirator is worn.
• PPE must be worn at all times.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily schedules and produces required parts.
• Reads drawings and schematics to determine correct specifications of trailer parts.
• Operates machinery including presses, drills, plasma cutters, rail benders, cranes, and various hand tools; cross trained across areas.
• Lifts and transports trailer rails and parts up to 50 lbs.
• All other duties as assigned.
