Bass Pro Shops in Ozark, MO is seeking a Fabrication Operator A to fabricate steel frames and trailer parts, reading drawings and specs, and to be cross-trained on presses, drills, plasma cutters, rail benders, cranes, and various hand tools. You must lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE as required.

The role follows daily schedules, inspects parts, and ensures compliance with safety standards in a facility with both indoor and outdoor work, extreme heat and noise.

Qualifications

• Reads drawings and schematics to determine correct specifications of trailer parts.
• Reads tape measure and performs basic math.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily schedules and produces required parts.
• Operates machinery including presses, drills, saws, plasma cutters, rail benders, cranes, and hand tools.
• Cross-trained across equipment and potentially limited to supervised work.
