Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of beef cuts and beef production processes.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated, wet and noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all processes of the fabrication floor from setup to yields.
• Ensure all safety programs are in place and enforced.
• Develop and lead Supervisors to grow in all areas.

Skills

Bilingual Spanish skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Strong written communication skills

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
