• Ensures procurement procedures are communicated and followed by Expeditors.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure reliable supply.
• Tracks and records purchase and inventory data for accurate accounting.
• Investigates disputed purchases to protect the company and ensure fairness.
• Trains procurement staff in purchasing systems and procedures.
• Oversees inventory ownership and proper receiving, issuing, and inventory control.
