Job summary

TotalEnergies Group in Livingston, TN is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role focuses on coaching teams, optimizing workflows, and developing people for growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with lean manufacturing knowledge, blueprint reading, SPC, and effective communication to drive continuous improvement across the fabricating metals environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a fabricated metals environment preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, SPC, lean manufacturing principles, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license required.
