Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree plus 3 years.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience leading a manufacturing team in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Structural Fabrication team at Sunnyvale.
• Directly supervise 5–10 represented employees and set priorities.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement standards.
• Monitor materials, tooling, and workflow to resolve issues.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide status on cost, schedule and technical performance.
