Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s with 5+ years or a Master’s with 3+ years in manufacturing, plus 2+ years in production planning and EVMS/data analysis. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of manufacturing experience or a Master's with 3+ years.
• 2+ years of production planning and scheduling experience.
• EVMS and/or data analysis experience.
• Clear communicator who can assign tasks, resolve problems, and manage time.
• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the factory hourly team in assembly, disassembly, repair, rework, and test of units.
• Interface with Sr. Operations Leadership, Operations Engineering, Project Management, Production Control and Product Quality.
• Set daily duties, monitor production metrics, address concerns, enforce policies, and coach staff.
