You will bridge product design and manufacturing, apply lean principles, upgrade machinery, and define production methods while ensuring compliance.

• Quality Control: Create and maintain quality standards, including testing and inspection procedures.
• Equipment Management: Identify, install, and validate new manufacturing equipment.

Their work includes upgrading machinery, defining production methods, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine production methods to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs
