Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor – Fabrication at our Dayton, MN facility. The role leads electricians and techs, diagnosing issues on fiber lasers, press brakes, copper equipment, and related lines to keep production running safely and at capacity.

You will build a preventive maintenance program with CI, manage spares, and coordinate external service as needed, while ensuring NEC/NFPA 70E compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC or fabrication equipment (lasers, press brakes) is required.
• OSHA safety standards and electrical codes (NEC, NFPA 70E) knowledge.
• Experience with maintenance management systems for work orders and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership to electricians and maintenance technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures on lasers, copper fabrication, and related lines.
• Develop and mature a planned/preventive maintenance program to improve reliability.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate external service when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support root-cause analysis.
