Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fabrication, machining, estimating, or project management.
• Experience in job shop or contract manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, metal fabrication, welding, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and lean manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, and outsourced services.
• Prepare customer quotations within required timelines, and support sales with pricing.
• Coordinate schedules between engineering, purchasing, production, quality, and shipping.
• Manage projects from award to completion and maintain customer communication.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and monitor profitability and delivery.
