You’ll operate fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, cranes, and forklifts, follow established procedures, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while mentoring teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a heavy industrial environment.
• Must lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read technical documents and service manuals.
• Ability to write job instructional training documents.
• Strong teamwork and safety focus.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Attend training on applicable equipment.
• Operate fabrication equipment per procedures.
• Load fabricated rebar on trailers and unload stock.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and equipment.
• Mentor teammates on equipment use.
• Participate in safety programs.
• Serve as leadman in absences.
