Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator for a contract-to-hire role in Georgia. You will load machines, enter data into controls, inspect products, and adjust inputs to maintain quality.

The schedule alternates between day and night shifts during training and permanent hire will transition to a DuPont shift pattern. Responsibilities include operating machinery safely, tracking production data, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Load raw materials and monitor machine performance.
  • Adjust machine settings, speed, pressure, and controls as needed.
  • Track production counts, material usage, and operational data.
  • Perform quality inspections, including measurements, weights, and visual checks.
  • Identify and report production or equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.
  • Operate a forklift after completing company-provided certification.
