HireLevel, Inc. is hiring a Fabrication Machine Operator in St. Charles, MO. The role covers operating and setting up CNC and press equipment to produce quality components from prints, with a daytime or evening shift option.

The position requires experience with tube bending, brakes, and saws, plus the ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. On-site work with benefits included after hire.

Qualifications

• Experience operating fabrication machinery such as tube benders, press brakes and steel saws.
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Understanding of metric and decimal measurements.
• Proficient with IQMS or similar ERP software.
• Reading blueprints and interpreting layout sheets.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, adjust, and monitor machines to produce quality parts from prints.
• Print drawings from IQMS dashboard and verify information.
• Maintain tooling and perform basic 5S housekeeping around work area.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Set up other machine operators as required.
