National Cart Company in Missouri is seeking a Fabrication Working Lead to join our manufacturing team. You will supervise CNC hydraulic press brake, turret punch press, laser cutting, and other metal forming operations, while coaching operators and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous machine operating experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Ability to read tape measure, calipers and micrometer.
• Understanding of metric and decimal measurements.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Can work 2nd shift and overtime during peak season.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
