Job summary

HireLevel, Inc. in St. Charles, MO is seeking fabrication machine operators to join the National Cart team.

The position covers first, second, and third shifts with competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.11 to $23.11, plus benefits and bonuses. You will operate and set up CNC equipment, read drawings, perform measurements, and support 5S housekeeping and quality checks. Ideal candidates have prior machine operating experience with tube benders, press brakes, or steel saws, strong measurement

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines such as tube benders, press brakes or steel saws.
• Ability to read tape measure, calipers and micrometer accurately.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints and IQMS software is a plus.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate CNC equipment to produce quality parts.
• Read prints and identify model numbers and components required.
• Maintain tooling and troubleshoot machine problems.
• Perform 5S maintenance and support other operators as needed.
