Job summary

Best Bath Systems Inc. in Sparta, TN is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead day-to-day fabrication operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will direct labor, materials, tools, and procedures to meet schedules and customer commitments. Under the Operations Manager, you will own department KPIs, supervise a team, coach staff, enforce 5S and lean practices, and drive continuous improvement through structured problem‑solving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing or fabrication teams.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Able to interpret drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible with work hours for production needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fabrication employees and shift execution.
• Ensure safe, on-time fabrication with minimal defects.
• Maintain KPI ownership for safety, schedule, productivity, and quality.
• Provide onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Verify timecards and communicate responsibilities clearly.
• Apply Lean practices to improve flow and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and materials.
