Worksaver Material Handling Equipment in Shawnee, OK is seeking a skilled Fab Shop Production Welder to join our team. You will weld in a fast-paced fabrication environment, read blueprints and weld symbols, and ensure parts meet exacting standards.

Proven welding experience with MIG and exposure to TIG or stick welding is preferred. You’ll set up equipment, inspect welds, maintain safety, and support daily production goals in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Proven production welder experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality.
• Physically capable to stand, lift and work in a fabrication environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform MIG, TIG, or welding on metal components in a production fab shop environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and related fab shop machinery.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Grind, clean, and finish welded assemblies as required for production standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with shop safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and delivery goals.
