Worksaver Material Handling Equipment in Shawnee, OK is seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies in a fast-paced production line and read blueprints for accurate fabrication.

We value safety and craftsmanship; you will inspect welds, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications

• Proven MIG welding experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metal properties and joint prep.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies in a high-volume production setting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, adjusting settings for material type and thickness.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Identify and report equipment issues or weld defects to supervisors promptly.
