SPG International Holdi seeks a Fab Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in achieving quality, safety and productivity goals. You will drive lean initiatives, coordinate daily production schedules, and mentor staff to deliver high‑quality products on time.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, with strong leadership, problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or industrial technology.
• Minimum 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and team development ability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction to the manufacturing team to meet corporate goals.
• Lead recruitment and development of team members responsible for product delivery.
• Foster high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish efficient production schedules and ensure on-time manufacturing.
• Maintain procedures and training updates.
• Control costs by improving efficiencies and implementing cost-saving programs.
• Ensure product quality exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.
• Report metrics to measure process efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote safety practices and maintain housekeeping and facility cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop cross-training programs.
