Job summary

EY in the United States is hiring a Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) to lead client engagements across industries. You’ll develop strategic goals, analyze complex accounting issues and deliver exceptional service by leveraging EY’s multi-disciplinary teams.

Regular travel to meet key clients is expected. You’ll mentor and collaborate with partners and senior managers to drive outcomes, balance risk and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business; about 5–8 years of public accounting auditing experience.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of the marketplace and commonly used terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Ability to travel and work outside standard hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients on complex accounting issues.
