Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and 5–8 years as an auditor in public accounting.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of excellence in managing and mentoring a team of high‑performing colleagues.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work extra hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites; driver's license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients on complex accounting issues.
• Collaborating with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectations.
