Job summary

Veracity Engineering is seeking a Material Management Project Lead to oversee end-to-end material and equipment lifecycle management across multiple FAA programs. You will coordinate with engineers, regional managers, contractors, and logistics teams to ensure milestones are met within budget.

The role requires strong Excel/data analysis, experience with IFS/LCSS, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining precise asset records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 16 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in materiel or logistics management in a federal or FAA environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with IFS/LCSS or similar logistics systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead material support efforts for FAA programs and manage tracking of equipment and assets.
• Serve as SME for IFS/LCSS implementation and improvements.
• Develop and maintain tracking spreadsheets for requirements, assets, and cost analysis.
• Plan and execute barcoding processes for equipment to minimize shipping delays.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare FAA Forms 4650-12 and RMAs for returns and replacements.
• Maintain asset records in FAA FRAMES system as Personal Property Delegate.
• Collaborate with transportation and logistics to document returns and transfers.
• Create PowerPoint briefings and reports for leadership and national working groups.
• Track milestones, oversee vendor coordination, and support budget analysis.
