Flightstar is seeking a Materials Supervisor to oversee program material requirements, provide daily leadership, and drive accuracy in parts planning and asset management at our Jacksonville site.

You will coordinate with program managers and customers, manage inventory and shipping, and lead process improvements to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Three years of aircraft industry supply chain operations.
• Two years in a leadership/management position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operation functions and inventory practices.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Mansioni

• Routinely communicates with Line Program Managers, Line Supervisors and Customers to provide latest status on parts needed for aircraft undergoing maintenance and to plan for upcoming projects.
• Ensures all parts and assets are scanned, received, maintained, issued, and shipped within appropriate material processing systems.
• Attends daily meetings to ensure customer material expectations and provide responsive status for their requirements; enables efficient production planning.
• Interfaces with the customer to understand expectations related to asset management, ERP training, and reporting requirements.
• Manages inventory stock including replenishment, reorder points for purchasing and stockroom cycle counts.
• Maintains liaison with planning department for upcoming projects, pre-draw preparation, tooling, and purchasing requirements.
