Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Logistics Support Program Manager to interface with the FAA, overseeing logistics, inventory, warehousing, property management, funding, and lifecycle support in line with contract requirements.

The role includes managing government property accountability, deployments, and CDLS activities while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and contract terms. Hybrid work option with two to three days on-site in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years logistics/warehouse experience.
• 4+ years of logistics, supply chain, program management, or Government property management experience.
• Strong understanding of Government property management and compliance requirements.
• Experience with inventory control, warehousing, asset accountability, and contract funding management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for FAA logistics support requirements.
• Plan, manage, and execute Logistics Support activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, equipment shipments, and deployments.
• Maintain Government property accountability, conduct inventory reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Track task order and delivery order funding, invoicing, and de-obligation activities.
• Manage CDLS operations, aftermarket parts support, and obsolescence coordination.
• Provide regular status reporting and briefings to FAA stakeholders.
• Conduct and oversee Government property management audits, inventories, and disposition activities.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, FAR requirements, contract terms, and property management standards.
• Coordinate with FAA Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), contractors, and suppliers to support program objectives.
