Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Environmental & Safety Professional to support the FAA EOSH Program in the Eastern Service Area. You will manage inspections, prepare technical reports, and train employees on EOSH topics.

The role requires travel and strong customer service, with onsite visits to client facilities in the Atlanta area. The candidate should have 2+ years of EOSH experience or a Master’s degree in a relevant field, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant EOSH experience or a Master’s degree with related experience.
• Qualified to manage EOSH programs and maintain training/certifications.
• Experience with asbestos, IAQ, water, and chemical safety sampling and reporting.
• Proficiency with data management, site inspections, and reporting.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental and safety support to FAA EOSH programs across multiple areas.
• Conduct site inspections and submit technical reports with guidance to resolve issues.
• Utilize electronic data systems and MS Office/SharePoint for data management.
• Research regulations at Federal, State, Local levels applicable to EOSH.
• Deliver effective problem solving and customer service to senior management and customers.
