Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Environmental & Safety Professional to support the FAA EOSH Program from the Boston area. The role requires delivering technical EOSH training, interpreting reports, and providing high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with a team of EOSH professionals across multiple programs, conduct site inspections, collect samples, and prepare reports under strict deadlines. Up to 75% travel and occasional overnight stays are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree with 2+ years EOSH experience.
• Environmental, health and safety experience.
• Proficient with EOSH field equipment (PID, XRF, Dosimeter).
• Experience obtaining and developing asbestos samples & reports.
• Experience IAQ sampling & reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Office and MS Project skills.
• Access to Knowledge Sharing Network/SharePoint.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental and safety support to FAA EOSH programs.
• Conduct inspections, surveys, and submit technical reports.
• Interpret Federal, State, Local, and FAA rules for EOSH.
• Manage data electronically and via SharePoint; use MS Office tools.
• Provide comprehensive EOSH training to employees.
