Job summary

You will own certification milestones and documentation, collaborating with design and manufacturing to ensure regulatory compliance through the hardware lifecycle.

The role requires a STEM degree and 1+ years in mechanical/electrical design or testing, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline is required.
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing (internship or extracurricular is acceptable).
• Demonstrated ability to produce certification deliverables on tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Produce FAA-compliant certification deliverables on tight timelines.
• Drive certification process improvements to reduce overhead and schedule duration.
• Manage concurrent certification efforts and report progress to senior management.
• Serve as subject matter expert on FAA certification and improve internal tools/processes.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure early regulatory compliance in design.
