Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Aviation Test Specialist to design, build, and deploy test systems used in producing Starlink aviation products. You will collaborate with design and certification engineers and FAA partners to ensure robust testing and integration.

Responsibilities include assembling harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, and environmental equipment, collecting test data, and troubleshooting across vibration, thermal, RF, and other tests to meet FAA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience with electronic testing and inspection devices.
• Associate degree preferred; hands-on engineering exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble mechanical and electrical test systems for Starlink Aviation products.
• Build wire harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, and environmental equipment.
• Operate tests and report data to support FAA certification requirements.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Support production and engineering through equipment bring-up and troubleshooting.
• Manage first article builds and address shortages or errors.
