Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Logistics Solutions Manager for the F135 program to oversee transportation activities, drive SAP transactions for customer orders, and coordinate with global warehouses, freight forwarders, and domestic and international customers. U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree.
• 8 years of business, operations, supply chain and/or logistics experience; OR an Advanced degree with 5 years of business, operations ,supply chain and/or logistics experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience developing and maintaining production‑ready Python code, working with SQL databases, and building automation scripts and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Complete transportation related transactions in SAP for customer orders.
• Coordinate and maintain a working relationship with the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise, a partnership between the Defense Logistics Agency and United States Transportation Command, to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers for logistics solutions to support F135 sustainment activity including unit and depot level activity in a global environment.
• Identify, monitor, and control process improvement data to improve transportation related activities.
• Setup plants within SAP for new sites coming online.
• Monitor performance and metrics of transportation related activity.
