Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT, is seeking a F135 Sustainment Materials Manager to drive the delivery of spares and repair parts within a fast-moving global network supporting the F-35 program.

You will analyze MRP alignment, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while partnering with PW and RTX units to ensure on-time parts availability, reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Competenze

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 8 years of experience in material planning (MRP), inventory management, program management, supply chain and/or distribution network or an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience in material planning (MRP), inventory management, program management, supply chain and/or distribution network.
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Mansioni

• Analyze and drive MRP alignment while partnering with Industrial, Engineering, repair supply partners, MRP Controllers, and Delivery Assurance to create the continuous flow of inventory into the government-owned network wherever possible.
• You will be involved in all aspects of F135 Initial & Replenishment Spares support, from final planning on the range & depth of target inventory quantities at multiple locations, to generating reporting on spares sales order placements, sales order follow-ups, expedites, and delivery statusing.
• High level analytical skills and strong MS Excel skills are required; including but not limited to XLookup, VLookup, Compound IF Statements, and other intermediate to advanced formulas.
• This role will require the right candidate to partner with other internal PW functions and functions within other RTX business units. The focus is in this capacity will be on driving accountability to these adjacent functions to support on-time delivery of new spare parts and repaired/overhauled parts.
