Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a F135 Sustainment Materials Manager to drive MRP alignment and spare parts support across a global network. Location is East Hartford, onsite, with US citizenship required for government contracts.

The role emphasizes data analysis, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with Industrial, Engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and expansion of the F135 support construct.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 8 years of experience in material planning (MRP) or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and drive MRP alignment with Industrial, Engineering, repair supply partners, MRP Controllers, and Delivery Assurance.
• Involvement in all aspects of F135 Initial & Replenishment Spares support and reporting on spares sales orders.
• Lead meetings and brief senior leaders; coach and mentor staff in a dynamic environment.
• Partner with internal PW functions and RTX business units to ensure on-time delivery of spare parts.
