Job summary

RTX is seeking a Control Account Manager in East Hartford, CT. The role is onsite and focuses on managing Level-5 control accounts within the EVMS framework, planning with the IMS and targeting baseline costs, while coordinating with IPMR deliverables.

You will analyze ETCs and EACs, report risks, support program reviews, and participate in sustainment working groups to refine requirements and tools. A Bachelor’s degree and PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 8 years program management experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years PM.
• U.S. citizenship required to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience with EVMS reporting and cost/schedule management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Level-5 control accounts per EVMS monthly rhythm.
• Plan and manage maintenance projects within the IMS, baseline cost targets, and IPMR CDRLs.
• Handle BCRs, IDWAs, and POs for inter-company and vendor suppliers.
• Calculate ETCs and EACs; report risks and opportunities across cost, schedule, and technical.
• Support program reviews (MMBRs, EAC reviews, IBRs, IMS reviews).
• Contribute to F135 Sustainment Working Groups and develop digital tools to improve processes.
