RTX seeks a CAM leader to manage monthly EVMS‑driven performance for the F135 Joint Technical Data work scope within MCSS. You will coordinate with program, earned value, finance, and BACE to ensure compliant cost and schedule execution.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree with 2 years of project/program management experience or an advanced degree with no experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience in program management with management techniques.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and program execution.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word.
• Experience with SAP and WebEVM.
• Strength across Customer Focus, Forward Thinking and Business Judgment.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly CAM responsibilities under EVMS guidelines.
• Own Level5WBS financial performance for F135 JTD, including monthly forecasting, ETC development, BCRs, and cost/schedule variance recovery actions.
• Monitor program financial and execution performance and provide actionable insights to leadership for decision‑making and corrective action.
• Serve as a key contributor to CEAC reviews, IBRs, and SRAs.
• Partner with BACE to develop competitive and compliant Basis of Estimate strategies supporting proposal and capture efforts.
• Drive disciplined financial execution aligned with contract requirements, program objectives, and enterprise business rhythms.
• Assess program risks and opportunities and support development of mitigation and resolution strategies.
