JM Family is seeking an F&I Specialist to train dealer partners and promote our value proposition across Zone 14. This salaried role includes extensive training from a Development Manager and Field Sales leadership, with promotion potential after demonstrated mastery.

The position covers a broad western zone, with relocation options after promotion and a strong focus on customer relationship and performance growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a full-time primary F&I Manager; dealership experience a plus.
• Willing to travel 100% nationwide and relocate anywhere upon promotion.
• Interest in automotive industry and ability to work tactically while understanding big picture.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training to dealer partners.
• Effectively communicating strengths and opportunities to dealership and JM&A leadership teams.
• Foster meaningful, deep relationships with dealer partners and articulate the JM&A value proposition.
