JM Family Enterprises, Inc. is expanding its field sales team with an F&I Specialist in Zone 11. The role starts salaried at $95,000 annually with extensive training from a dedicated Development Manager and Field Sales leadership.

Associates will train dealer partners, clearly communicate opportunities to leadership, and build meaningful relationships through the JM&A value proposition. Promotion to relocate nationwide after mastery is possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a full-time F&I Manager.
• Willing to travel 100% nationwide.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in Zone 11 upon promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training to dealer partners.
• Communicate strengths and opportunities to dealership and JM&A leadership.
• Foster deep dealer relationships through JM&A value proposition.
