Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Modesto in Modesto, CA seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to drive profitable financing and leasing solutions. You will work with sales, customers, and lenders to deliver a seamless, transparent process using advanced technology such as Reynolds and Reynolds docuPAD.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in F&I performance, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain lasting customer relationships in a premium brand environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of F&I Manager experience at an automotive dealership.
• Proven history of strong F&I performance, product penetration, and profitability.
• Experience structuring automotive retail finance and lease transactions.
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, automotive financial products, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds or Dealertrack systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined, professional finance experience aligned with customer expectations.
• Structure retail finance and lease transactions with various lenders.
• Present vehicle protection products and extended service contracts consultatively.
• Achieve department performance objectives including PVR and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize docuPAD and digital signing tech to create efficient contracting.
• Develop relationships with lending partners for competitive financing.
• Ensure all transactions comply with laws and dealership policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely contract funding.
• Collaborate with sales and accounting to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of finance programs, products, and regulations.
