Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Maui is seeking a proven Finance Manager with 2+ years of F&I experience at a franchised dealership. The role requires disciplined menu compliance and the ability to desk deals while maintaining hospitality standards on the sales floor.

You will manage finance, lease, and protection products, foster lender relationships, and ensure strict regulatory compliance. A strong background with MBFS programs and DMS familiarity is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership is required.
• Ability to desk deals and step in at the sales desk when needed.
• Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs and lease structures.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA).
• Experience with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products using a compliant menu.
• Structure deals with lenders to maximize approvals and options.
• Build and maintain lender relationships including MBFS programs and subvention structures.
• Cover the sales desk and support the consultant team during peak periods.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and Hawaii regulations on every deal.
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records.
