Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group's Culver City Honda dealership is seeking an F&I Manager to provide financing options and excellent service to customers. You will work with lending sources to present options and finalize vehicle deals with accuracy and integrity.

Ideal candidates have dealership F&I experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Must be able to provide references upon request.
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I department or auto sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage reserve income, F&I product penetrations and income, and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages in accordance with company standards.
• Set up monthly forecasting in conjunction with the sales department forecasting; Use the forecast to establish and meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to (and obtain approval from) finance sources on all finance deals; finalize all paperwork necessary in the car deal in a timely manner and submit to the accounting office.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactions.
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow in accordance with the company Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) guidelines.
