Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage overall F&I production aligned with reserve income and PVR targets for retail and lease.
• Train and communicate ECOA, privacy notices, ITTP, OFAC, and CIT guidelines to the F&I team.
• Ensure licenses, disclosures, and lender programs are understood and followed by staff.
• Review deals, assist in structuring when needed, and maximize per-deal profit.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with F&I managers; complete required compliance training.
