Anderson Powersports in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who drives high-quality F&I deals and builds trust with customers. You will partner with sales and lending networks to tailor financing, protection products, and warranties that fit each buyer's needs, while guiding them through the purchase with clarity and confidence.

You’ll manage daily F&I activities, ensure compliance, and coach teammates to improve performance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Finance & Insurance experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet dealership production and quality standards.
• Professional personal appearance and demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and implement F&I products and financing options for customers.
• Collaborate with sales and lending partners to structure customer-friendly deals.
• Present protection products clearly and accurately, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain accurate deal paperwork and meet performance targets.
