Anderson Powersports in Reno is seeking an Experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who drives F&I results and delivers an outstanding buying experience. You’ll connect customers with financing that fits their needs and clearly explain protection options to support ownership.

In this role you’ll collaborate with our sales team and lending partners to grow F&I performance, own the process from start to finish, and maintain integrity and trust with every customer in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• 3 to 5 years of Finance & Insurance experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards.
• Able to interact and get along with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Connect buyers with financing that fits their needs.
