Anderson Powersports in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who drives high-quality F&I deals and builds trust with customers. You will partner with sales and lending networks to tailor financing, protection products, and warranties that fit each buyer's needs, while guiding them through the purchase with clarity and confidence.

You’ll manage daily F&I activities, ensure compliance, and coach teammates to improve performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Finance & Insurance experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet dealership production and quality standards.
