Qualifications

• Has previous automotive, powersports, motorcycle F&I experience.
• Understands lender programs, credit tiers, deal structure, and funding requirements.
• Has proven ability to sell backend products and maintain strong product penetration.
• Strong communication and closing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell F&I products including extended contracts, GAP, maintenance, and protection products.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while keeping payments and options attractive to the customer.
• Work with multiple lenders to obtain approvals and secure competitive financing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
• Review credit applications and structure deals for different credit situations.
• Work with sales team and management to get deals bought and closed; ensure contracts and paperwork are accurate.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements.
• Follow up on funding issues and ensure deals are funded quickly.
• Track F&I performance, product penetration, PVR, approvals, and chargebacks.
• Help train the sales team on properly setting up customers for the finance process.
• Provide a professional, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every customer.
