Responsibilities

• Track portfolio with lenders and maintain strong lender relationships.
• Review daily flow of paperwork to ensure timely turnaround on all deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Demonstrate professional morals, ethics and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with the sales team on proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain Finance Department work schedule.
