You will collaborate with sales to maximize profitability and deliver a transparent, customer-focused experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior automotive experience REQUIRED.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu of financing options to maximize profitability and product penetration.
• Track portfolio with lenders.
• Inspect daily flow of paperwork to ensure timely turnover of deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Maintain finance department work schedule.
